LetsLeaveNow collects the following types of information:

• Form responses — when you submit a contact, deal alert, or partner inquiry form

• Cookie data — session cookies and affiliate tracking cookies placed by our partner programs

We do not collect payment information. We do not process bookings and therefore never have access to your payment card data.

How We Use Your Information

• Email address: To send deal alerts, newsletters, and transactional emails you've opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Form data: To respond to your inquiry, process your submission, or contact you about your request.
• Usage data: To understand how visitors use the site and improve our content and deal curation.
• Cookies: To enable affiliate tracking (so we receive commissions when you book) and to improve site functionality.

Affiliate Tracking Cookies

When you click an affiliate link on LetsLeaveNow, our partners (CruiseDirect, Expedia, Booking.com, Skyscanner, etc.) may place a tracking cookie in your browser. This cookie allows them to attribute any completed booking to LetsLeaveNow so we receive our commission. These cookies do not collect personal information beyond what's needed for commission tracking. Cookie durations vary by partner — typically 7 to 45 days.

Third-Party Services

LetsLeaveNow uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Netlify — our hosting provider and form processing service. Form submissions are stored by Netlify. See Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
• Google Analytics — we use GA4 to understand site traffic. Data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Affiliate networks — CJ Affiliate, Travelpayouts, and direct partner programs track clicks and conversions via cookies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your email address with advertisers. The only data sharing that occurs is incidental to affiliate tracking (as described above) and analytics (aggregated, anonymized data only).

Email Communications

If you subscribe to our deal alerts, you will receive emails when we find deals worth sharing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We use a reputable email service provider and maintain a clean, permission-based list. We do not purchase email lists or add people without their explicit consent.

Your Rights
