Our pricing includes a 30% brokerage fee that covers our operator sourcing, contract handling, regulatory compliance verification, 24/7 concierge coordination, and black car ground transport coordination. The market rate you see elsewhere is the raw aircraft-only cost before any broker fee. We handle every logistical detail — you just show up.
Most aircraft can be positioned within 2–4 hours of booking confirmation. Empty leg flights are often available same-day. For Very Light and Light Jets at popular hub airports (TEB, VNY, OPF), departure within 90 minutes of booking is routinely possible. International flights with customs formalities require a minimum of 24 hours.
When a private jet is chartered one-way, it must reposition (fly back empty) to its base or to the next charter. Rather than fly empty, operators offer these "empty legs" at 50–75% off the standard rate. The trade-off: you fly on the operator's schedule, which is fixed. If the original charter cancels, the empty leg may cancel too. We notify subscribers of new empty legs daily.
We only work with operators who hold ARG/US Platinum or Wyvern Wingman safety certifications — the two highest safety standards in the charter industry. Every aircraft we book is also Part 135 certified by the FAA. Statistically, the private jets operated by certified Part 135 operators have an excellent safety record. We never book non-certified operators regardless of price.
All of our quotes include: aircraft and crew, fuel, standard landing fees, FBO fees, taxes, and our brokerage coordination. Black car ground transport (one vehicle per booking) is included. Catering, international permits, overnight crew expenses, and premium WiFi on international legs are quoted separately. We always provide an all-in number before you confirm.
